Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offers a distinctive approach to treating issues such as; PTSD, anxiety, addiction, depression, grief and many other concerns. ART involves me guiding you through a process of replacing negative mental images while utilizing rapid eye movements. Remarkably, this transformation can sometimes be achieved within a single session. Once the negative images are replaced, the triggers dissipate, leading to a cessation of symptoms. We will work together to decide if this approach is right for you and how we can utilize it on your journey.
